Reading of the Minutes and Treasurer’s Report
The minutes were read and a motion was made by Carolyn Jesse to accept them as read. Doris Owen seconded the motion with one correction. Cedar Creek Road should be Cedar Grove Road. The motion was carried. Roseann Cahoe, Treasurer, reported that there was $1804.11 in the regular account. A check was issued in the amount of $500.00 for the FDR Dinner. We have a balance of $1425.11. Motion to accept made by Shirley Lack and seconded by David Strange. The motion carried.

Kids’ Fest Report
Carolyn Jesse reported that there were over 4,000 people at the Kids’ Fest and it was a success.

Upcoming Events
- Carolyn Jesse made a motion to have a booth at the Mt. Washington Spring Festival which was seconded by Ben Roberts. Motion passed. Scott Wantland offered to pay the $30.00 fee.
- Ben Roberts offered to get price lists for give-aways at the booths.
- David Strange made a motion to allow Debby Stinson to spend $200.00 on give-aways. Seconded by Carolyn Jesse. Motion passed.
- Lebanon Junction Spring Festival was tabled to the next meeting.
- Motion was made by Randy Nalley and seconded by Tim Gonterman to spend $300.00 for an outside booth at the Bullitt County Fair but not to advertise in the book. Motion passed.
- The Hillview Festival will be May 28-30. This was tabled until May.

Public Comment
- Scott Wantland thanked Jim and Donna for hosting the meeting.
- Ben Roberts wants to post the Executive Committee List on the website. There were no objections to this.
- Carolyn said that Kevin has a list of all the politicians. We could get this to invite them to the booths at the festivals.
